Tests completed on or before March 20, 2026Use the legacy portal

I recently got a blood test, how do I check my results?

If you took your blood test on or after March 21, 2026, please log in here.

How can I access my old results?

To access medical test results on or before March 20, 2026, please log in here.

What does a referred-out test mean?

This means the lab test has been sent to a specialty lab such as Dynacare or LifeLabs for processing. Results will be sent directly to your doctor.

Can I book an appointment on weekends?

No. Weekends are walk-in only at all locations.
